You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use all public tools for personal, educational, or commercial applications without mandatory account creation or subscription fees.

2. 100% User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

Because DGNTool executes operations strictly in your browser memory via WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas, your documents, images, code, and calculations are never transmitted to or retained on our servers.

You retain 100% exclusive intellectual property rights and full ownership of all input files and generated outputs. DGNTool asserts zero copyright or licensing claims over your data.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure optimal performance and security for all users across the world, you agree not to:

• Launch automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, aggressive bot scrapers, or abusive network requests against our infrastructure.
• Replicate, frame, or duplicate our brand trademarks, stylesheets, or proprietary interface assets without explicit permission.
• Employ our utilities to develop, test, or distribute malicious payloads, exploit kits, or unlawful materials.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All utilities, converters, and calculators are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall DGNTool, its founders, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tool usage, calculation discrepancies, or browser compatibility constraints.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

Our platform displays contextual advertisements served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense) to fund ongoing development. DGNTool does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party product or service advertised.
